The Great Rome is the beginning of a dream that seeks to be real, it is the illusion of an enterprising family made up of Papa, Mama and their two children who immigrate to the United States with a goal full of hope and confidence to be able to offer their visitors the taste for food that is born from their ancestors.
From the youngest in the family to the oldest share the passion for cooking, this makes our inspiration come from two of the most important cuisines in the world, Italian and Japanese; with the idea of showing the best of both flavors and giving it our gourmet and sophisticated touch, creating a contemporary fusion.
